At My IT, we have a concept that we call our Circle of Success where the Company takes care of the Employees, the Employees take care of our Clients, and our Clients take care of My IT. It’s an ongoing loop that grows stronger every day.
Because of this mindset, we actually call our employees “team members” and our leadership acts as coaches, not bosses. Leadership’s purpose is to care for the team, mentor them, give them the tools and training they need, and nurture them along the way.
As a company, we consistently show our appreciation for the team with 3-5 events each month ranging from catered meals, a prize store, birthday gifts, family events, and a breakroom with snacks, coffee, and drinks.
